Robert W. Wacklin, 85, passed away peacefully at New Vanderbilt Nursing Home on Thursday, February 15, 2018. Born in Summit, New Jersey he served in the United States Navy from 1951-1955 and served on the U.S.S. Barbet. After the service Robert worked as a messenger for BNY Mellon Bank. Robert “Bob” Perricone Native Staten Islander, 82 Robert Perricone died in the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Parkinsons disease. A lifelong Staten Islander Bob was a graduate of McKee High School. He and his wife Carol (Bishop) were married in 1956. Later that year he joined the NYPD. Ann Marie Bell (nee Merillo) of Staten Island, NY passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 63. Ann was the daughter of Santo and Anita Merillo. In 1974 she married her childhood sweetheart and had 44 wonderful years together including 3 lovely children. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, whom she watched and was a very big part of their everyday lives. Warren Irving Decker, 86 passed away peacefully at Vanderbilt Nursing Home on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Born in Staten Island, NY, he worked as a Custodian/Mechanic for St. Vincent’s Medical Center for over 20 years. Warren is survived by his children, Scott, Mark, Lillian, Gerald and Thomas Decker. He also has 12 grandchildren and 9 great grand-children.
